1. All members must have their membership card and I.D, with them when you are in the building and or on property.
2. If you have not renewed your membership by September 30 then
you are not a member. You will have to reapply for a new membership.
3. If a member signs in a guest then he/she is responsible for that non-member. When the member leaves your guest leaves with you and they cannot buy alcohol. Your guest must have I.D.
4. No firearms/weapons concealed or open carry in the building or on the property during club events. Block shoot and Shooting range
ONLY!!
5. Non-member may not sit at thebar or stand at the bar!!
6. Non-members must be signed in by a member. ,LCB RULE
7. No smoking or vaping inside the building.
8. When taking any drinks outside, stay to your left towards the pavilion. When outside stay in the Designated Areas, No Drinking in the Parking lot!! LCB RULE
9. No drinks or food on the dance floor.
10. No one may go behind the bar unless you are asked. No one is allowed in the kitchen unless you are working. : LBC RULE And Health Code
11. No one can bring in their own alcohol/ any kind of drinks in the building or on premises. If you are caught you will be Barred Permanently!! LCB RULE
12. If there are more than 2 bartenders working and one bartender
flags someone then that bartender needs to let the other one know.
13. If anyone buys a drink for someone who is flagged then you are flagged too, possibly Suspended or Barred.
14. No drugs in the building or on the premises.
15. We have the right to refuse entry if you are inebriated!!
16. Anyone caught stealing / destroying property will be Barred Permanently and/or be prosecuted depending on the damage done.
17. No foul language, No fighting. First offense you will be warned and/or you could be suspended for 6 months. 2nd. Offense Barred.
18. Members who have been in good standing for one or more years are eligible to fill out application and get on the board as a director. If there's a position available after being on the board as a Director, and in good standing one or more years, then you're eligible to run for an office. The Member must participate and help with club activities and duties.
19. You may not miss no more than 3 Consecutive Meetings. You will be dismissed from the board.
20. No one is allowed to use the back stairs by the kitchen to go downstairs STAFF ONLY, Only STAFF can be in the kitchen or use Kitchen Door.
21. You must be 25 to rent the building and if you rent the building then you must be present at said event.
22. ANYONE: NOT ABIDING BY THESE HOUSE RULES CAN BE SUSPENDED OR BARRED PERMANENTLY, DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY OF THE PROBLEM.
AS A MEMBER THIS IS YOUR CLUB. HELP KEEP YOUR CLUB CLEAN. HELP KEEP YOUR CLUB IN COMPLIANCE WITH LCB RULES.
